Borboti or snake beans are quite popular in Bengal and in Eastern India. These are cut into small pieces and are fried or curried with small potato cubes or used in mixed vegetable curries. This is a unique way of preparing this veggie in bharta form- coarsely pounded with fingers after preparing all the ingredients. Commonly available ingredients, simple cooking and healthy, yummy eating at it's best.
