For Litti-
Dough:
Wheat flour - 1 kg
Water
Stuffing preparation :
Sattu (roasted gram flour powder )- 1.5 cups
Onion -1/4 cup
Ginger -1 tbsp
Garlic - 1.5 tbsp
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Carom seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard oil -2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Any pickle masala - 1tbsp
Baingan tamatar Chokha:
Brinjal - 1
Tomatoes -2
Garlic cloves - 3
Green chilli -2
Chopped green chilli -2
Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Green chutney:
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Mint leaves -1/4 cup
Tomato -1
Green chilli -2
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic cloves - 4
Salt to taste
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Salt to taste

उपले पे बना खाना कैसे खा सकते है??? ऐसा सोचने वाले को real देसी खाने का टेस्ट कैसे चखने को मिलेगा??? उपले पे खाना बनाना ये तो परंपरा है... शहरो में उपले नहीं होते... लेकीन गांव में तो होते हैं... तो खाना बनाते समय गांव में उनका उपयोग तो होगा ही... Very nice recipe....thank you very much for this traditional recipe...

aapki sab recipe me dekhti hu aur bana ke try bhi krti hu mujhe aapki ek baat bahut pasand hai aap dusro ke jaise nhi ho aap simple aur Ghar me ek chiz nhi hai to dusra chiz kaise use kre vo batate ho vo mujhe accha lagta hai kbhi kbhi kuch chiz ghar pe nhi rehti hai esliye 😊😍
