Yes exactly. g2 doesn’t need a carry “mechanical prodigy” jg like yike. They need someone like jankos who is willing to sack camps to keep his teammates lane’s playable while somehow still smurfing with no money😂. Favorite EU player by far. There absolute fucktards for getting rid of him.

When u have a guy like caps u always play around him. Literally beat western carry ever and g2 was best when he had players around him that supported him instead of wanting to carry. 2019 g2 was honestly like jdg this year. Two insane carries with some of the best supportive players on the world around them. This g2 was nothing like that.

I do like the Jankos commentary a lot. You can feel his passion for EU/G2 and wanting them to do well, but he is also able to equally attribute G2's bad plays, as well as NRG's good plays to the match result, not just G2 playing poorly like a lot of G2 fanboys in the comments do. I think it was really telling when at one point he (slightly jokingly/exaggeratedly) said it's like G2 is playing against 3 fakers. G2 didn't show up today, but NRG still had to show up to make this as convincing as it was. I also do like seeing people root for their region. I think regional support is really lacking, and even though NA sucks, it also sucks extra that not even NA fans want to have faith for them. I think that people really rooting for you, even if they know you're an underdog can help a lot, and i wish more NA and EU fans would support their region like Jankos obviously does for EU. I also hope that this shows that investing in NA talent can still be worth it. That if you give them a chance, and really support them, they can do well, instead of threatening their position with imports every single year because they are "established". It's also crazy that more people in the comments are trashing on Yike than Jankos is. I'm sure Jankos had some thoughts when it happened, but he was happy to talk up Yike's good points during the tournament. Just being supportive of his region and wanting them to do well.

EU has been inhaling copium for years because fanatic and g2 are both really good teams that carried them at international tournaments. NA got some good draws this year, and I'm happy that NRG is doing well. C9 could have beaten FNC without a doubt. I don't understand how people can think that NA is on the same level as the wildcard regions. NA's record vs wildcard teams is overwhelmingly positive, so to think that is just dumb. If NA had to play against every other wildcard team for their spots at worlds, you would just have the top 3 seeds from NA and whatever 4th wildcard team that gets out with the best record. Have fun watching NRG EU fans, because I know you're going to be there :)

Contractz have one of those moments where he plays ok 70% of the time, plays bad 25% of the time and 5% trying hard sweating of the time. Now im not sure if j4 was better or his vi was better. Him targeting caps thrice on top clash Or that E Q flash combo while the enemy tried to dodge and failed because j4 also flashed.
