I know Its a older video...... But PL Max for the inside corners. The glue is super thick yet extremely plyable, and crazy strong. I use to cut triangular strips and glue and staple them. But that Max PL is fn great.

I use 3m foil tape to seam all the joints inside. Works great. Guaranteed no leaks

I like the box. I got my box from Atrend USA. I had to wood glue every seem to make it solid. I was bummed out when I also realized the front was only 3/4" thick. I fixed that buy adding a piece of real pine wood to the top for added support. It's now solid. So just remember to glue every seem on the inside of your box and it will be more sturdy.

Yeah I used wood glue around the whole thing. Although it seems they did pretty well. All screw holes are hidden. It's deff well made. It's got a 1 inch baffle. I hope it all works out. It's like my only option size wise. It's going back in this wknd. No bass for 6 days now I'm going crazy lol.

Same exact size as my box in the prius im thinking about adding 6 inches on the inside to the port. Looks good 👍

Still a bit too small for my subs, but it barely fits in my trunk so any bigger I'd have to build it in my trunk which I'm REALLY tryna avoid.

That's a beautiful box bro. That stain job looks nice and those grains pop out. Those subs are going to love that box. I guess 32 Hertz is the sweet spot cause my box is tuned 32 aswell.

Yeah, it's the go to I guess.🤷♂️ I wanted 28hz but it woulda made it a inch bigger and wouldn't have fit in my trunk possibly. But it is beautiful. But for $600 it better be🤣

@@1ohmwrecker I hear you bro, my Corolla trunk isn't very big either and I only have like 17 in of height clearance and 4.5 cubes is probably the max I can fit maybe even smaller so it sucks trying to fit decent size enclosures in these small sedans.

What's the port width and height internal dimensions ? Trying to build a box to 5 cubes but it's hard. Probably going to build 2 boxes so they can slide in side by side .

That's all the info on it. You could just build 2, and I considered it too, but I just went with this 4.5 cube one🤷♂️
