Yessir. Nothing sounds better then muffler delete. With resonators. Stock or in my case vibrants.

It’s a good cheap solution but you won’t gain any power from that. I’m getting test pipes with my muffler delete and I may or may not get a 3” intake and then a tune. I currently have the k&n drop ins

@@andrewruiz4154 I believe mine were from eccpp. there is a lot of brands out there that make resonated test pipes though.

In Michigan they don’t care but stock resonator way less obnoxious than no resonator. Would recommend muffler delete tho for a little power and sound.

i’m stock and just git a 2011 g37x at 110k miles, driven by a older lady lmao and is in amazing shape. this is exactly what i wanna do, should i cut my muffler and run test pipes with the stock res or cut my muffler and run a vibrant resonator

I would def run resonated test pipes no matter what. Not sure how loud a vibrant res with muffler delete would be but if it’s quality and good welds could sound pretty good but getting muffler delete is a safe and cheap option. Just keep in mind resonator pretty much has no effect on power.

It seems like when I put the stock resonator back in I got a little more low end but without a tune it’s hard to tell.

@@ItzCashCam how bad was it straight piped ? I have a cat back and test pipes and I wanna get a tune but I also want it to pop and sound better before I get a tune and it’s not that loud rn, should I straitpipe it ?
