With no other options and the possibility of war in the future for the supposedly neutral nation, Gadget is sent in to locate missing monarch and prove to the people of Nutrania that there's no such thing as ghosts.

2:25 Maybe Gadget has a bit of a dark side, he can't be all smiles all the time. It's impossable. Maybe he's hiding it make make sure Penny has a happy life since she lost her parents, also maybe he went too deep in that role and is now making everyone around him happy... ... Except Nose Hair. HA! I RUIN EVERYTHING!

Nose hair is not acting like a colonel and he is just goofing off and Gadget has nice side and he doesn't have a bad bone in his body and Gadget lost his parents.
