I have a brand new one of these but it has always leaked with the ese basket and adaptor, I am using 44mm ese pods. The double shot basket with ground coffee is fine but the single shot basket will not seal. I haven't had this problem with any delonghi machine I've had before

Hello, the manual says cleaning AN EASY PROCEDURE? For a start I got the redlight come on not as you the white one? I put in fluid then followed as instructed. The red light remained on. I went thru' the procedure for a 2nd time. this time half way thru' the red light went out and the white light flashed on/off about halfway thru the procedure. However as I continued it went out and the red light came on again. After I tried comple procedure the 2nd time red light is on all the time as when I started. It is far too complicated for words. I will never buy a Gaggia again.
