I’m up 4.8 pounds since allowing myself to eat whatever for a week. I still hit the timer to see where I’m at. I’m now in fasting mode, trying to get as close as I can to 65 hours.

I started on June 6 at 280lbs. Im 255 as of this morning. Without fasting I'd still be stuck trending upwards towards 300 lying to myself about dieting 'tommorrow' to justify daily binges. And I mean real binging. Like putting hotsauce on a block of colby jack cheese and eating the whole thing as a snack

I'm so happy for you Jerome! The amazing test results from your doctor proves that the process works. You have been an amazing example for my own weight loss journey. I'm almost at my goal weight. Just 18 more pounds to go. From 291lbs to 210lbs. Your videos are a motivation for me. Thanks and many blessings!

When you got your results from the doctor, i cried. I'm right there with you. Last year, i was absolutely at my heaviest and I'm not sure what exactly that number was but when I went to the doctor last year i was 348 lbs (5'7 height) and after starting my journey in the beginning of June and completing a 5 day water fast and successfully changing my whole routine and exercising diligently, I weighed in at 279 lbs yesterday! My doctor did meet with me this month and was happy to hear of the progress i've made. I haven't asked for the blood work since I want to hit at least the 6 month mark before i do that. Thank you so much for sharing your story, this was very inspiring.

I just got back from vacation where I never even hit the timer and just let myself have no restrictions at all. Gained 10... got back, hit the timer... already down 4 lbs in 2 days. It was not even a worry for me since I'm confident about my fasting and exercising levers.. in fact I joked about gaining as much as possible because I knew I would just be right back to taking it off pretty quickly. Fasting is so awesome and works like a charm!

Hell yeah dude. Congratulations on your amazing test results. I relate so much to your story, the hiding the shame the day 1 bs. Getting in great shape and then going back to old ways and gaining all the weight back. I am on my 8th 48 hour fast struggling with the mental to go to 72. But I will get there. Optimizing my calorie intake during my eating window and picking healthier foods. I appreciate the inspiration.

I’m so happy for you Jerome that your labs came out well. I had to shed a tear of joy with you. You gained 20 lbs in a shorter amount of time this vacation even though you still had your veggies 🥗. It seems like you ate more snacks and carbs this vacation. Maybe because it was a roadtrip, but I know you’ll get back into your fasting mode and get the weight back off.

The problem is the 6k calories on refeed days. You'll forever have to fast if you're eating that much. Using the fasting period to make better eating choices is a good idea. Eating healthy is great, but eating 3-4 days of caloric intake at once is concerning and worth rethinking and more research. Please don't take what I say as hurtful. I've learned a lot from watching your videos and I'm grateful.

If you can gain 20 lbs in 6 days is it possible to lose 20 lbs in 6 days .
@jamessonofdavid8 күн бұрын
20 pounds in 6 days is an insane amount. Actually impossible but I guess it is probably the high salt content so you retain a lot of water. There is no way you were eating in excess of 11,000+ calories over your maintenance each day.

Most of it’s water. You’ll lose it in no time. When I take time off, I enjoy myself and let go of the guilt. Remember that guilt can increase cortisol, which leads to weight gain. Just get back on the horse. You can do this!
