Finished my 65 hr fast. Total Lost: 9.5 lbs. Walked 3 days an average of 8828 steps per day. Strength Training Average Duration 24 min per day. Volume Lifted 4461 lbs. Sleeping average 6.5 hrs per day. I started fasting again. Thanks for May challenge 🙏

I weighed 3/18 122.3.kg (269.6 lbs), managed to get to 108.7 kg (240 lbs) by 4/13, stumbled and went back to 119.4 kg (263.2). I am relieved that I managed to take back control. My coaching session with Jerome helped me to focus again. Started the May challenge with 117.7 kg (259.5 lbs) Increased my walking time, did some additional resistance work and yoga Fasted until late Saturday evening ,101 hours. CW 5/4 111.5 kg (245.8lbs), lost 6.2 kg (13.7 lbs) Started fasting again, going for 72 hrs My goal is 75 kg (163.3 lbs), that means losing 36.5 kg (80.5 lbs) 🥴 Would like to reach my goal by Christmas 🙏

I have been overweight for many years. I understand the difficulties in making changes and remain consistent. I have lost weight and then gained again many times. I have had enough of this yo-yoing, I am determined and committed to make a permanent change. You can get to where you want to be with your weight by applying what works for you. You can get useful support from this FF community. Keep on going and you will ge there. Best wishes

I am currently 50 hours into a fast and I’m not breaking until Sunday for dinner. So I’ll be around 74 hours when I break. This is my fourth rolling fast so far. I’ve done 42 hr, 47hr and a 29 hour. Fairly short eating windows after the last two. Down from 230lbs to 219lbs so far. Goal weight is 150.

I started a fast last Sunday and went until Tuesday. Went from Tuesday to Friday (yesterday) and will continue until Monday. I'm thinking of doing a fast from Monday to the following Saturday, we shall see. But in this last week, I'm down 17lbs. I'm 6'4 (50 years old) and have close to 100lbs that I want to lose. I'm trying to drink a gallon of water a day to keep my well watered. Hoping to keep the loose skin to a minimum. Doing electrolytes as well because I find that helps with keeping away brain fog. And I still drink tea and coffee without cream cus I still need my caffeine. So far so good. Rarely get any hunger issues and my energy is still up quite a bit. Been doing workouts while lifting weights and standing on a vibration plate to amp it up and also going for walks. Hope everyone else is doing well too!

Started 64 hour fast at 8:00 pm on 5/2. 64.5 hours fasted. 5.4 lbs lost since 5/2 (prior to re-feed). Broke fast at 12:25pm today. Doing rolling 88's from this point with 8 hour re-feeds through month of May. (I need 8 hour refeeds, because I know I won't get enough calories during a shorter period.). Age: 56 Starting weight: 205.4 (May 2) Current weight (May 4): 200. (-5.4) Goal weight: 135 Other goals: Walk at least 30 min each day; light weight training (at gym) 3 days a week.

I’ve started watching you recently, Jerome, and I’ve enjoyed seeing you through your successes AND failures your journey is so relatable. I’ve done shorter fasts, but tomorrow I’ll be completing my first 60-hour fast. I’m planning on doing this twice a week because I have a lot of weight to lose. Like you, I don’t want to restrict myself on my refeeds because then I fall off the wagon.

Twinning 😂 I'm also at 143.2 today! I break my 88hr tomorrow at noon though. I'm also 5'3" and my goal weight for fat loss is around 130. Hoping to keep up alternating 64/88 for the next 6 weeks or until I hit maintenance! Thank you for the openness and motivation 😁

I started my water fast on 4/28 and ended it 5/1(68 hrs). During that time I found your 65 day water fast challenge and decided to join in. Just finished a 65hr water fast today (re-feed and back to water fasting). I plan to do a seven day water fast next. I've lost 10.4 lbs in six days. I saw your videos a few years ago and have some similar issues as you. I've struggled with getting back into fasting and was so happy to see you back to creating videos and taking charge of your weight and health. I never comment on videos but just had to say thanks! So frustrated.... I pushed through the 1st 65hr fast, but I was having really bad chest tightness, cough and anxiety. I really wanted to push through for the whole month. I did refeed yesterday but this morning I woke up from breathlessness and was reading that this does happen to some people and so I decided to adjust my fast length till I lose more weight to do these longer fasts. I was sad, but encouraged all the more on what I am going to do and to not quit! So back to OMAD and 1-2 36hr fasts per week. I wish everyone else well. Has anyone else had these issues with the breathing/cough/panic from not being able to sleep?

My wife has experienced that. She woke up with the chest tightness. She checked her blood sugar and blood pressure. Both were normal. She just spoke to her body and said it’s ok…relax…but I would recommend consulting a Dr.

Starting weight(May 1St) -141.8 Current weight(May 4th) - 139.2 Goal weight: 137.0-138 Height: 5'5 1/2(I'm claiming my half lol!!) Did 69 hrs from May 1st-May 3rd May 2nd weigh in - 140.4 May 3rd weigh in -138.6, broke fast this day for refeed May 4th - I am 21 hrs into another 69 hr fast and I am currently 139.2 lbs May the 4th be with everyone!!

Good job! I've spent the past few months experimenting with different fast lengths and seeing what works for me. I've found that the 2nd day of a fast is the easiest, I can't really do it through the third day and there is no reason to force myself to because I think I found a plan that will work. Tomorrow, I'm going to start doing 2 60 hour fasts per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Also going to start walking at least just 4 days a week. I'm 5'9 and 300lbs so I really hate what I've let myself become at this point, I feel like as long as I can be consistent with this, which I think I can be, the weight should melt off.

I start Tuesday., it’s a long weekend here in the UK. I started at 94 Kg in January and am down to 88 Kg now. Lost this through fasting but my weight has stalled lately and I think it’s due to poor food choices. Will weight in once a week. And focus on the changes rather than the scale. Eating in 3 one hour windows - so no snacking and giving up added sugar. With a focus on reducing processed foods. And increase my water intake.

I’m in! I have been ADF 37 to 39 hours for the past two weeks, after a few years of on and off intermittent fasting. My body is used to OMAD and I am aiming for longer fasts, but mainly finding something that I can stick it, so…joining you guys! Age: 43 Height: 5’5’’ Weight: (as of 4/30/2024) 197lbs Weight (on 5/2/2024) 193.79lbs Weight (5/6/2024) 191lbs Goal weight: 143lbs (sometime around the end of 2024) Feeling good so far, keeping up with fasts that range around 48 hours! You are doing an amazing job! Think about what you want before making the decision to start eating. If you decide you can't go any longer. Eat well and then push that button and go again. You are doing well no matter the choice here. Just keep pushing that button.

Currently on day 10 water fasting. 7 more to go..5 days of healthy food then probably a 30 day fast...then a shorter fast...got to be able to enjoy the kids birthdays with them.

I have been struggling with everything for months. I decided to just focus on the consistency of accurately logging rolling fasts. Yesterday I started with 2 hour eating intervals, and did four in a row. Today I'm working on logging four 3 hour intervals. Next I will do four 4 hour intervals, and tomorrow four 5 hour intervals. I'll continue this pattern until I've worked up to actual fasts. I figure doing four in a row of each interval before adding an additional hour to the fasting window will build more discipline than just doing one fast and then adding on an additional hour once I roll into my next fast. Sucks to have to take baby steps, but that's better than starting over altogether.

I’m 26 hours in, my goal is 72 hours dry fast and then 24 hours water fast re-feed

Starting at 125 pounds.. goal weight 115. I’m 5’4” I do cardio, weight train and full body stretch 2 times a week. Very active the rest of the time. I have never done rolling 65s before, so it will be interesting to see if I loose some fat doing this.. 🤗

Hi Jerome, I started my fast, but only made 47 hours, broke it due to caving into urge of eating. What sucked is that food wasn't even all that :( I hate that I give in. I am the main cook in my home and I struggle. I'm not giving up as I've seen the benefits I'm obtaining in last fasts I've done! By the way, love that lavender jacket on you, looks great!

I'm having an accountability challenge on my channel too with my group. I gave you credit for the idea. lol My May 5th 2024 Accountability updates. Starting weight May 1st 2024 339.7 and May 5th, 2024 is 337.00. The goal is 335lb by May 12th 2024. Fasting 3 to 4 days a week. Using Carnivore on my off-lifting days and Animal Based on my lifting days. Using OPAD and 2PAD, which is one to two plates a day with a caloric beverage. Lifting 2 days a week and walking 1hr a day 5 days a week.

Owning up. I’ve been on a 25 day binge and overeating spree. I’m angry, foggy and generally fkd off. I had been on rolling fasts for 6 weeks and had nearly hit goal weight. Then I lost my shit. I cannot put my finger on it as I was so happy to have lost the weight. Stress, family issues all sparked it off. Today after putting on over 24lbs I started a 65 hour fast, I’m 14 hours in and determined to stay on this path. Pls give me a bit of support as I’ve been between 10 stone and 22 stone for over 50 years. Enough is enough.

Do you feel rested after sleeping 6-7 hours? You have to keep in mind before you were getting up to pee every 2 hours like you said, and I also deal with that issue. Many times the urge to pee wakes up you but you fight it and spend an hour in this restless state falling in and out of sleep before you finally decide to get up and use the bathroom. Now I imagine you are getting a whole 6 or 7 hours of straight sleep.

May 4th and I’m into my second fast. I was able to complete the first one for 65 hours. I did have difficulty with a very sore throat for my re-feed. Any suggestions? Keep up the good work everyone.

Bloody hell. I'm currently on day 6 of 7/8. Having a massive oxalate dump, (not fun) but the hardest thing so far has been waiting for your check in lol. Hoping to sync up with you once I've completed even if that means doing a 4 day or 48hr. Best of luck

I think sleeping 6 hrs is good. Typical sleep cycles are 90 mins. So 6 hours is good because it lines up with that. The next cycle would be 7.5 hours! Let's go with the next fast! Thanks for the update!

If you have fastded for more than 7 day you beed to break it eith fruit or veggie juices for a day then plant basded light meals and the juice..never breka long fastes with heavy food or animal products.

I can get past 14 hours without getting excruciating headaches. I’ve tried salt and electrolytes. Any suggestions? I’ve done 72 hours before but now I can’t because of this

Just keep building that fasting muscle. Don’t get yourself to the point where you can’t get through a day in pain. You might just have to work up to it at this point. Keep us posted 🙏🏽

Quick question to anyone using the Zero app. I start fast and it shows how much time I have until I complete fast, but I saw in Jerome's that it shows how much time he is actually fasting. Anyone know how I can show it like his? TIA 😊

Tap on the remaining time. If you tap it multiple times you will see it alternates between elapsed time and remaining time and you can choose what you prefer.
