Gajar Halwa in Pressure Cooker

This popular Indian Dessert is quickly made in a pressure cooker.
Ingredients
1Kg Crated Carrots
1 Cup Sugar
70grms Ghee
4 Green Cardamon crushed
1/4 tsp Green Cardamon Powder
4 Tbls Khoya
300mls Milk
1/2 Cup Dried Fruit. ( 15 Almonds, 15 Pistachio 15 Cashew)

What is “Coire” as you said in your recipe.

You must mean Khoya it’s the dry evaporated milk you get it at any Indian shop.

Yes you are right it comes better without the pressure cooker , I did make one in the Dakchi and that one did look like gajar halwa. This one is for quickness 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
