Today we have the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 classic 46mm LTE black version, back on the review table, to try and find out whether the Galaxy Watch 4 classic is worth it. In our 1 month later review of the 2021 Galaxy Watch 4 we will be talking about the move from tizen, to wear OS on the galaxy watch 4, how wear OS effects the performance and battery life of the galaxy watch 4 classic, and show off some of samsungs latest features on the galaxy watch 4 classic and galaxy watch 4.
If you cant decide whether to upgrade from the galaxy watch 3, to the galaxy watch 4 classic, pay attention as we will talk about the pro's and cons of the galaxy watch watch 4 vs galaxy watch 3. We will also he highlighting key differences in the Galaxy Watch 4 classic design, and also talk about the new galaxy watch 4 processor, operating system and of course the galaxy watch 4 classic battery life.

I know this thread is 12 months ago, But how do you guys like the classic lte now that its been a while. Ive gone through tons Garmin, x wrist , withinings etc . Im looking for the health side, Mainly ECG & Fall detection

The way I use the Watch 4 (non-Classic) I get about 2-2.5 days out of a single charge. So it all depends on how people use it. One significant improvement came when I turned off the AOD. AOD takes up a lot of battery I think Samsung and Google should warn people about AOD.

How dumb does one have to be, to not understand why an always on display would use more battery? We need *warnings* for this? Really?

@@Mike965x it's quite easy for a less tech savy person to not realise how big of an impact that feature will have on their battery life, the video is aimed at those people I guess !

The voice to to text dictation is on par with the apple watch now and I'm happy about that my gripe is all my watch faces on gw3 are not compatible

Does LTE Worth? I like the black, but i saw already some scratches and Inox dots after one month. I'm thinking to get the silver though. What do you think about the scratch resistant? Thanks

Honestly depends on what kind if a person you are, I'd say that for most, LTE is a bit pointless, but if you're likely to leave the house without your phone a lot, then maybe you will get some use out of it 👌 durability wise, I think its great, I've wacked it against walls a few times and it looks as good as new!

@@TechItEasyCollective thanks dude. I ride a lot on motorcycle. The only thing I'm thinking about LTE is the emergency call in case If i crash. But for the rest BT is the way to go.

@@rodrigoalvarez81 Same confusion I'm having about LTE but the usability is very limited. In the Digital world of WFH there is over reliability on mobile phones which makes LTE irrelevant and hence BT✅

@@kkashnikhil thanks, I went to buy it and unfortunately they didn't have Bluetooth. I asked for a discount and the difference was almost nothing so I bought LTE version. I hope I'll never use that emergency call. Haha

Um...could you maybe cover the LTE part of the watch? I mean, since you are reviewing an LTE model? Pretty misleading and I would have skipped the video if I knew that it didn't cover the LTE portion

These comparison videos would be much better if they put up a pros and cons text throughout the video as new buyers just want the facts; you can start of slowly with one pro and con and finish the whole list at end of video.

Hello, I am planning to change from Huawei watch GT 2 sport to Galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm. I am very afraid from the battery time. Huawei could take 8 days with full usage and 14 days with light usage. My question would be, if I will turn everything off on galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm, just only the night sleep mode on and maybe measure the blood pressure at every 10 minutes ( so bluetooth OFF, Wifi OFF, ECG OFF, Always on display OFF, hands up turn on mode OFF. ) What will be the real usage time without charging? 1 or 2 or 3 days maybe? Anybody has experience on that?

@@abhinee thank you for replying! I ended up getting the Classic 46mm and i couldn't be happier with it so far. The only thing is i wish it didnt open my entire conversation when i receive a text message, I haven't found a way around that yet.

Have only used that function a hand full of times but seemed okay to me, did notice it got warmer though, perhaps if id been on for longer

Best time to do it. Galaxy watch 4 is totally new and fresh compared to older ones. Im getting my first samsung watch since the galaxy s3 and im extremely excited for tomorrow

Po 1.8 leta uporabe samsung galaxy watch 4 classic LTE lahko dam naslednje ugotovitve: To je ura, ki jo NE BI SMEL NIKOLI KUPITI. Kako naj uporabljam uro, ki sicer ima vse in še več, ko pa je baterija popolno sranje ali pa je operacijski sistem preveč požrešen? Svetilnost zaslona sem postavil na ¼(v malce močnejšem soncu se na ekran ne vidi nič,ampak naredimo vse zaradi baterije), izklopil VSE(GPS, vsa merjenja, wi-fi, bluetooth) in kljub vsemu ura ne zdrži 12 ur. Zvečer sem napolnil na 100%, izklopil vse, zjutraj je stanje baterije na 80%. Od kje? Samsungovi inženirji naj nehajo delati ure, ker jim ne gre ravno najboljše. Kot da bi dal v bolid formule 1, motor z 45KM. Formula 1 še vedno je ampak nekaj ni...se vam ne zdi!? Se bo treba odločiti a bo večja baterija ali pa operacijski sistem drug. Kaj mi pomaga ogromno funkcij, ko ji ne morem uporabljati. Nikoli več Samsung ure! Popolno metanje denarja stran.

You can set it up so you can view the contents of your phones gallery or take screenshots, but thats about it

This version is a pain in the ass. OS does not have many watch faces, watch battery sucks, also apps for Wear OS are horrible. Strap is a plastic/rubber crap. I do have the original Samsung Galaxy Watch, and even now it's battery lasts 3 times more than version 4.

I have LTE classic 4 and wasn't worth an upgrade from my watch 3. Randomly overheats, battery is less than a day. The hype of lots of apps is false. Mostly the same useless apps previous versions have. All reviews mention google maps which should have been the first clue there are not a lot of apps. If you have an old watch with a bad battery then upgrade otherwise sit this one out.

I do still have it. I get one day only but I charge it nightly. If I forget to charge it or place it on the charger wrong, it will be dead by 9 or 10 the next morning. Apps selction still sucks so don't expect to be wow'd. If your 3 is giving you battery trouble I would just get the 5 so you are up to date. If not I would wait for the 6 if you can.

For US users, FORGET about Blood Pressure feature default. FDA "Did not Approved" Lucky enough we can just flash this stupid lock non sense! Sucks how the laws works here.

The blood pressure metering is bit wortheless as it need real blood pressure device to calibrate it correctly. Some reporst say you need to do it every two weeks. So you cant really use it standalone and you need actual blood pressure device to use it accurately. You may as well use the actual blood pressure device .

The design is not manly. No rugged look is ok but please make it a bigger and thicker size to look solid on the wrist. The battery is another disappointment to me. It only can last in 1 and a half days. I have been using it for almost a week and my thoughts saying just ok. No wow factor. Another info, this device is not compatible with Huawei ecosystem. There is a hack method that can be used but not sure how effective it could be. THANKS BRO, NICE VIDEO.
