I've had my parlux for 12 years and it only just gave in now... Started smoking out the back and I threw it out. On the hunt for new one, hence why I'm here

Thks for review. People must be careful as there are fake Parlux circulating. It looks like the real one but it isn't. Therefore rather purchase from salon then you know you getting the real deal

I bought the helios thinking I’d love it but it just didn’t have the power I thought it would for my long thick hair. I see the Parlux Aylon is much more powerful than 1875 watts which is what the helios is. Is the difference between the two in terms of the blowing power a big difference?

Have you tried gamma+ dual ionic hairdryer? I like to hear how that compares to the Parlux

On the Parlux why does the dryer turn on if you use the top switch as this are the heat switch, can any one help me?

Thank you for the helpful summary 😊 Are you able to include a noise comparison in future? Are the decibels listed anywhere for parlux models? I started using earplugs from the hardware store years ago to protect against hearing loss a few years ago, and find its more comfortable.

Great clear video! I have had a Parlux 1300 since 1990 (!!), and it died on me yesterday...For something that has lasted for 3/4 of my entire life (I am 44 years old), I am definitely going for the same brand. But the choice is staggering! So your video really helped me out 😊
