@@trinityharris1771 In the Hard Man rematch, finishing him off on the same frame that he triggers an earthquake will make the game freeze, ending your run in the 11th hour due to a glitch. When Gamechamp finished off Top Man, the same glitch seemed to occur, which is what she was reacting to with that scream. However, Mega Man unfroze just a moment later. I'm not sure, but I suspect Gamechamp knew that was going to happen and was being dramatic for the fun of it.

Important thing about using Rush Jet: If you think going to the extreme top of the screen is safe, you might be in for a rude awakening. The NES refreshes graphics from top to bottom, you might be able to see where this is going. If you jump to conserve RJ energy, and an enemy is near the bottom of the screen, you can actually wrap Mega Man around from the top of the screen to the BOTTOM of the screen, and get hit. Be careful!

I definitely think drinking that latte after beating the giant Met is important. Imaginary damage is not actual damage so doesn't count as damage, but this challenge isn't "Can you beat Rock Man 3 without taking damage," it's, "Can you beat Rock Man 3 without getting hit?" A hit that deals 0 damage is still a hit (Rock Man does his "getting hit" animation), so waiting to avoid that spooky ghost is a necessary strat!

I also imagine, the "Mission Complete" comes from Mega Man Legends series, where whenever you had an important objective to achieve, Roll would say "Mission Start" at the beggining of it, or "Mission Complete" at the end of it. Even with a funny touch if something went wrong while on it. Aside from that, it's the game where Tron Bonne came out in the first place, and miss Gamechamp seems to be pretty fond of her, so it would actually make sense. We love you miss 🥰

I agree, he's actually really easy to beat hitless with the base weapon and no special starts, as they timed his arms to be easy to deal with (unlike some other bosses).

The thing about this is that they actually played the game over and over and over until she got a successful no-hit run. She didn't just want to beat every level and boss without taking damage, they wanted a full on damageless run.

This run and the octo expansion minimum shots run inspired me to try to beat octo expansion damageless And I did it I beat all 89 levels Including the Finale and inner agent 3 Your content is inspiring and I wouldn't of done it without knowing how good you said you felt after pokemon damageless And like you with that run now I can say I Beat The Splatoon 2 Octo Expansion Damageless Couldn't not have done this without you That literally I only beat the last level 15 minutes ago

How the frick did you beat inner agent 3 without taking damage, including standing on their ink? Autobombs have a massive chip-damage range that if you aren't behind cover, you loose when one explodes on your half of the arena.

If you mean killing only the bosses, then it’s only possible in Rockman 1, where there are no minibosses.

@@PrunselClone Nah, I disagree. I've been playing around in Megaman 5, it's perfectly possible to beat Gyro Man and Wave Man without attacking anything but the bosses/miniboss. From there, you can use Rush Jet to get through Gravity Man. If you get through Stone Man's stage (admittedly one of the toughest to do Pacifist), you could probably score a free E-Tank (or even an M-Tank) near the start and leave the level, mending any issue regarding health concerns for a while. Even without it, it's definitely possible to get decently far into most stages just by damage-boosting. It's definitely possible to get through the RMs at least.

I've beaten 1 thru 6 and megaman x 1 and 2. Oh, and legends but that's way different lol. Yeah they're hard but, just remember the patterns and you're good for the most part for real bro. You got it for sure!

@@TheGodshatter I think its because of how punishing and cheap the game could get, especially when you get to the stage revisits. I was able to beat it on the Legacy Collection, but that's mostly because of the save feature.

The jumping reduce energy usage on Rush Jet is something I discovered since my childhood and I barely see anyone talk or even know about it, also the Top Spin against Kamegoro too as everyone I saw fight it with Shadow Blade. You're the first one on the internet that I saw doing these, make me more comfortable somehow.

This has got to be top 2 (hehe, top) VG Myths episodes, and it’s only not the absolute clear best because, well, Pokémon. The sheer amount of skill and strategy required to complete challenge is ludicrous, and we still get plenty of the cheese and latte sipping we expect out of this series. I think the final announcement of the strategy before the final boss might be one of my favorite clips on KZfaq (though it needs context), it shows a complete knowledge of the game, and what’s even more incredible is that *we understand the strategy too.* Without context it would be “wtf top” but after the deletion of Holo Rock we understand. Bless you Gamechamp.

@@blessingneat1up It's been a while, but it took easily over 40 hours over the course of a couple weeks. I had a lot of runs end after successfully getting by Doc Quick due to shakiness during the time when I started on his stage. In all my runs, only one other run made it to the Wily stages, and that one ended on the Yellow Devil.

I think that what "taking damage" means is that Megaman's Health Meter goes down by at least ONE bar.

Apparently there are "no damage" and a "no hit" speedrun categories with their own rules. No damage means the health stays at full. No hit means you never make contact with something that could hurt, even if you don't get hurt. It counts as a hit, but not as damage~

hello miss champ. i just wanted to say that as a young trans lady with a rather deep voice who actually kinda likes it, it is really inspiring to hear another woman-adjacent person with a deep voice who seemingly also likes it? ( i dont mean to assume and if you dislike your voice i apologize for making you uncomfortable) it means a lot to me as i get called a man a lot when i play online games and its rather disheartening. so thank you so much for giving me a little pride in my voice! (also rockman 3 is my fave in the series so this was awesome to watch)

@@ozgurruh2535 To be fair she makes a lot of unusual (but hilarious) jokes so I can't really blame you...... but after the video where she ranked all 3 seasons and brought up the fact.... yeah then you should feel dumb. and just in case you ask when she brings it up, it's during the last part when she's talking about her Pokemon hitless challenge and brought up that Pikasprey refereed to her as a male and that she wasn't out at the time they made the pokemon video.

I want to propose perhaps the hardest challenge you’ve ever done (maybe, I just like to sound dramatic): How many feats can you get in Shovel Knight (any campaign) in one play through? The rules are just as the name says. In any of the four campaigns, try to get as many feats (or achievements) as possible in only one run, and you aren’t allowed to repeat any levels (unless a specific feat requires it, which I don’t believe any of them do)

A kid named Jimmy was always proud of his abilities in Megaman 3, claiming that he beat it without getting hit. Those were simpler times
