He probably is. lol... Batman has dodged bullets before, and I mean literally after them being fired (see Batman Under the Redhood). It reminds me of Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin, he's human but due to advanced techniques he moves so fast that it looks like he's teleporting. It's not raw speed, it's just technique. He's Batman, that's just how it is.

I don't care how much training a human can do but there is absolutely positively no way in hell a human is faster than a bullet. The only reason Batman survives is his body armor. Even he can't dodge a bullet.

@@walterkoziol3822 I mean - You could *kinda* theoretically dodge a bullet. But it would require both seeing the shooter in advance - predicting when and where the person is going to shoot - and then dodging before they even pull the trigger.

Barry Allen can literally disintegrate these guys or scramble their molecules beyond repair by vibrating through them while their attacks would phase right through him. They really nerf the Flash’s so they don’t just solo the entire Justice League say for maybe Green Lantern.
