How do you achieve such a level of graphic quality? Is the graphic card enough? Do you also have an HD monitor so you record in that quality? Because I've tried maxing out my settings with my poor card (I've never tried it 'cause I know that sucks) and got the character inside a car without driving away, so I didn't experience the massive lag. The graphics did improve but it was not even close with what I see in this and other videos.
