This is great, thank you @StuffedBox! However, I cannot reply as a group. Could this be due to updates in Google since you posted this video?

Looks like Google did change something. They've added another permission to allow others to respond. Go to Groups > Select the group > Advanced Settings. Then look for 'Who can reply privately to authors'. Select 'Group members'. That should allow you and members to reply from Groups.

@@StuffedBox Thanks again very much from my side for this video! great explanation and help. I followed your advice and still cant select to reply as part of the group. It seems that the group mail is added automatically to CC and i can only reply as an individual. I found the new setting you mentioned but is not working still. any potential help would be muchly appreciated

I've created a group but do members need to have a Google email address to log in? What happens when they log in as themselves - do they see your profile picture and be able to change settings. I'm more concerned security and settings on groupwise page.

Hi, is there a way to restrict Super Admins from viewing conversations? By default, Super Admins can view conversations and emails in All Groups in an org.

Hi, the easiest way is to turn off Conversation history, this way they can't see any conversations. The long way is to create a separate Organizational unit for Super Admins.

I do manage a few Google Workspace accounts for groups and emails but I'm sure there are a lot of features that I should be taking advantage of to be more efficient.

Group email is free. You pay for the users
