The U.S. has imposed sanctions on two Haitian politicians accused of engaging in international drug trafficking. The move comes as Haiti struggles with severe political turmoil, gang violence, food shortages and a cholera outbreak. Natalie Kitroeff, the New York Times bureau chief for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, joined CBS News to discuss the crisis in Haiti.

You have to remember most Haitians want their country to remain free from foreign power. That is why you have groups who rebel when foreign powers try to intervene because they want to keep their freedom and liberty. Haitians have paid a big price for their freedom. So to sanction a country instead of helping may seem like to the Haitians that the US and Canada are trying to take control. Just a guess and opinion.

And are more than welcome to have our country join in the lawlessness and chaos! And they also bus and even fly them to their preferred state. It’s a joke! A horrible and horrifying joke and Biden’s regime has probably been flying in a bunch of them from Haiti behind our backs anyway, and dumping them here and there across America in the middle of the night. They have been caught doing this many times already and nobody seems to be putting much effort into stopping any of this so we may have a similar fate as Haiti. Our inner cities are already crime ridden war zones. Getting worse by the day. SMH We have massive corruption in all levels of our government too. Some of our states are still pretty much normal but for how much longer? 😒Our federal government and elections are just as corrupt and a joke as third world country’s now. While illegals pour into our country, I’m on line checking out countries from south and Central America, seeing what all is involved in relocating and getting citizenship in different ones! 😂 Cause at this pace, Americans are going to be the ones fleeing to other countries! I guess the difference is the government in Ukraine is for the most part stable. The infrastructure and government in Haiti is very unstable. If the US went in the gangs would probably fight using guerilla warfare which would not be the conventional way the U.S. fights .
