Just push yourself through it, I feel like that during the workouts and then I cool down afterwards

I have a large industrial fan, I put it in front of the garage door (for people :-) that opens to outside and have it blow toward the other side of the garage (for cars) which helps tons with air flow and I exercise in front of it I exercise around 6 am and I drink ice cold water with bcaas or gatorade throughout I am an older woman and I have become very sensitive to the heat as of late and I work out in South Carolina If you drink caffeine before you work out, try skipping it, if I drink coffee or consume caffeine preworkout I get overstimulated, anxious and feel like garbage you could also use a cooling towel around your neck or have a couple and swap them out throughout your sessions to stay cool I hope some of this helps, take care and keep exercising!

During the winter I keep my car parked outside so the snow doesn't melt and cause a mess. I also have a squeegee to help too.
