You shouldn't be facing your back to the arms. Lol. If you fall back, the bar may rebound off the uprights and snap your neck. If you fall forward, the bar may miss the arms and crush you from behind. Delete this video your advice is dangerous

What is the Diameter (circumference) in mm for 25/35/45/55lbs? Also what is the durometer of the 10/15 and the 25/35/45/55? Thank you. They look awesome!

A few years ago I saw reviews on these having rust in the bearings when they arrived from your store…did you all ever get that worked out? Genuinely asking cause I want one but I’m a little nervous lol

The iron plates just feel more heavier than the rubber plate. I dont know why.

the looks almost exactly like the fringe fitness, but there stacks are 250lbs each. I love the 1:1 ratio.

Anyone have recs for barbell and weights to go with this?
@FrennemydistinctionАй бұрын
I got this with spotter arms and dip station some two years ago. Just got Mammoth belt squat attachment too, but have yet to assemble it and test it. Top of posts fit between joists in basement lol. Setting top of one post right against a joist, allows for stability when doing dips. I am 6'3", weigh about 210 lbs and lift light. I won't outgrow this. Real satisfied with it.

No cars in your 2 car gurage and no equipment? I mean you own fringe and you have no equipment i dont get it.

Females have proven that 2,3 and 4 wheels is very achievable and this standard is too low for men. It’s actually too low for women as well.

How do I fix the selector rod hitting the 20 lb plates when you see using 10lbs. It’s super annoying to have the two pieces of metal hitting. This happens each time, the super detail photo instructions does not explain what to do when this occurs. 😢

Solid. Have an older version of this without all the holes on the bottom. Get the spotter arms. Shipped insanely fast.

I ordered one a few days ago.. QQ- will I be able to attach a dip attachment on one of the back posts off to the side?
When the bar is bending, is it make my squat more heavy?
@TaylorJohnson-xo8jhАй бұрын
The whip will make the weight feel lighter but if you are a person that pops at the top of a squat the weight will jerk a bit causing to feel heavier at the top.

What a deal! Clear coat, Lat pull down, low row, storage and a 1:1 ratio pulley. Fringe is looking like a great option right now!
@greg3885Ай бұрын
So this will work with my Fringe dip, or belt squat?
@dertrendtraderАй бұрын
With the pulley system alone you can easily train your entire upper body and get a much better resistance curve than with free weights ✌️
