sar main jhunjhunu Rajasthan se hun aur mere gardan mein bahut problem hai or kandhon me bhi iske sath gardan ke Karan mere bahut pareshani hoti hai head mein bhi problem shuru Ho jaati hai kandhon mein bhi problem shuru Ho jaati hai sath hi sath jaise pure body mein pen ho jata hai pairon ke andar sar is problem se chhutkara pane ke liye main kis doctor se sampark karo 🙏🙏🙏

Sir mere gardan me side me ek choti si guilty hai wo kabhi 2 ya 3 bhi ho jati hai to kabhi kam ho jati , par wo upar se nhi dikhti jab mai waha par thoda pressure ke saath daba ke dekhta hu to wo mehsus hoti hai . aur jab mai subah so ke utha hu to mere pure neck me pain hota hai aur ye mere sath approx 6 month se hai mujhe laga ki ye galat position ke sone ki wajah se ho rahi hai par mai ab sahi position me sota hun phir bhi ye mujhe hoti hai . maine doctor se baat kari to unhone bataya ki wrong position se hui hai par aisa nhi hai , plz aap bataye ki mujhe kya karna chaiye.
