Honestly, mujhe ye sari problems thi , kal se mene ye exercises ki hai aur itna relief feel kr raha hu bata nahi skhta , 15 din se pain killer kha raha tha jo ki sahi nhi thi , din me 2 bar sari krta hu thank you i really appreciate that

सर, मैं एक वर्ष से परेशान हूं मुझे नीचे सिर करके काम करने पर चक्कर और दर्द बढ़ जाता हैं।गले से कमर तक कहीं भी दर्द होता है सोल्डर में भी दर्द रहता हैं।

Am a retired nurse by profession,I have a disc proplase of c4c5 by carrying a patient and had brachial plexus paralysis,by God's grace am out of it,I slowly sometimes develop pain and do all these exercises.Some were so helpful and I bless you from the bottom of my heart.Am now 68yrs old.I do feel pain in my scapula region and how do I get rid of it.Am having tingling sensation also.
