Excellent work with the foliage, it has a cozy feel to it and has become a major part of the railway.

Brilliant Tom, you really have done a cracking job the garden layout. Now to see a couple of cold tinnies being hauled around 😁

Thanks very much Mark, always great to hear from you mate :) Yes, that's a proper freight train. In fact, some of the cuts, here, are from the phenomenon known as 'cold one in shot' lol.

Superb video Tom! These type of videos are really nice getting to see a first person view (if you will) of the railway :)

Thanks very much Mark :) I enjoy these types of videos too. I thought I'd finally make one. Yes, it gives a very good feel and perspective of how the railway would look in real life. It's also a good way of checking the track quality...I've noticed a couple of places where the track could do with an extra fixing and some missing ballast. Cheers mate :))

What ground cover plants do you use? I’ve found out some of the mind your own business that I’ve planted isn’t happy because it’s mostly in full view of the sun and isn’t growing at all.

Hi Will, my ground covers are all experimental. As you can see I have lots of MYOB at the back... It's all in full sun so I have to make sure it never dries out...letting it dry out can cause problems. The other long embankment is covered with a mix of low growing sedum, this works very well in full sun and doesn't require much water. I tried natural moss along the tree lined section but I don't think this will survive the summer. I've just picked up some new plants which I'll be testing soon. All the best...Tom
