I find it wild that the Lindelof versus Macguire discussion is still happening.... We are one fickle fan base. McGuire shines when we struggle, we've actually played well with Lindy in the team. Playing one of those with a quicker player is still suicide in a higher line, and we all know the one I'm talking about without even mentioning the name. Simple move him on, keep Lindy for that roll over year and honestly.... Let him go on a free at the end of it

if we keep maguire, the moment we get an injury we will be playing exactly how we played this season, he's not mobile which drops the defence line while we we press which leaves the gaping hole in midfield.

If his partner is really quick and athletic, he can play a high line. Rio and Vidic worked fine. For now, we need to bring in the right type, we'll have to hold on to some defenders whilst we try new recruits

You say Man Utd can’t get money for their deadwoods and yet refuse to accept the fact your favourite players like rashford should be sold As a fan base we have to get away from these favouritism and put the club first A rashford sale would give us enough 💰 to buy 5-6 players and give us leeway to take losses on Antony It’s similar to Harry Kane transfer which gave spurs 100 mill to spend on new signings which made them better

I’d keep Lindelof because with FFP can you get a better fee for Maguire now. Plus I think when Lindelof has played with a different partner he’s been totally fine. Maguire’s high is higher but his low is lower and I think Lindelof still brings some leadership as he’s the captain of his country.

I push back on the idea that McGuire's high is higher, mostly because McGuire's high shows up in a low block which we don't want to do anymore. Lindelof paired with quicker players in a high line isn't suicide. And in my opinion he plays a better ball out the back

Jonny Evans: Free 5. Brandon Williams: Free 6. Alvaro Fernandez: 5 7. Christian Eriksen: 5 8. Sofyan Amrabat: Free 9. Casemiro: 25 10. Facundo Pellistri: 15 11. Donny van de Beek: 5 12. @@xxkiy.burkexx agreed but as you can see there's already 20 players either up for sale or their contracts have expired on that list. This summer is phase 1 of rebuild under Ineos, you can't just show the exit door to 25 players in 1 window.

just saw amad contract ends june 2025. so if the fraud stays and keep playing antony, amad leave for free. this manager let kovar who’s about to win europa league playing every game in the competiton a better goalie than onana, alvaro fernandez, isak hansen, and soon amad. 🤣🤣. on top of getting rid of ronaldo sancho varane de gea. this manager i cant overstate how much of a curse he has been for our club.

Ronaldo was shocking and past it, Sancho has not performed under any of our managers. Varane is too injury prone to be worth keeping. For YEARS many fans were saying De Gea was holding us back and error prone. Amad not playing might be more to do with his contract costing the club more and him getting back to his best after injury.

@@thrilla72 I still believe Ronaldo could go another year in the Premier league...Ten Hag just doesn't see the value and does not play him. Its just a rough patch at the time. At least Ronaldo is much happier now at Al nassr
