Grit blasted and powder coated @ Florida Powder Coating in Palm City, Fl.
Parts used
Rockshox TK30 front shocks
MicroShift AdventX 11-48 10 speed cassette,
AdventX pro trigger shifter 10 speed,
AdventX rear derailleur
DNM AOY-38RC 165mm span, 35mm travel rear air shock
Maxxis Minion DHF 26x2.3 tyres (These are the largest that will fit on the bike).
Shimano M525 32H disc brake 6H front hub
Stainless steel spokes - best place to get these is Husky Bikes.
SRAM Avid disc rotor; BB5 cable operated disk brake callipers
Shimano B200 v-brakes
KMC 10 speed chain
RockBros pedals
Jagwire stainless steel cables throughout.

Yes the original was like a pogo stick. The new rear shock is much better as are the front shocks.

Thanks - it now has a manitou markhour full air shock - it’s really good to ride.

@@JohnPilling25 I'm way too heavy for air shocks but like the build. i still have a fresh unused 2000 Fox vanilla r coil over for my next FS find

Am new to making videos.. sorry but I’d already built it before even thinking about recording it. I’m doing an e-bike conversion of a 2004 trek 4500 and making a video of that at the moment. I could always strip it right down again and record the build……maybe…thanks for the encouragement!

Do you have links for the front caliper mount? Also what size disc did you order?

Also did you replace the front crank set along with the Deckas 34T Narrow Wide Single Chain sprocket you used?

@@SandMan-ni2sh 160mm the caliper is an avid bb5 , mine came with an adapter.

@@SandMan-ni2sh The rockshox forks do not need an adapter to work with 160mm rotors. I just used the adjustable washers that come with regular v brake pads to get he calipers lined up and moved out a little. I had to get a new hib a=nd rebuild the front wheel completely in order to put a disk rotor on though.
