Great talk & I learned a lot while taking cars apart for mod's. I agree that Slime should have a different name! Maybe something like Emberossa or Pyrocity.

Feels like there needs to be a Greaser-Style Faction / Sponsor who focusses on Old School builds like 40ies to 60ies with guns on it, has Rockabilly or Punk drivers and that faction could be called "Slime"

One of the things cool about Gaslands is that it DOES allow you to just build cool-looking post-apocalyptic cars and smash them about. The teams aren't supposed to be OWNED by the sponsors, just sponsored by them. Like NASCAR. So there aren't any set themes to the teams you build, just your own play style and an excuse to use the aesthetics you like. The rulebook itself says nothing has to be WYSIWYG aside form the vehicle card. So try out different sponsors and just have fun!

We love doing them , but it's hard get our schedules to link up since Iam in NYC and he in the UK . There is a large time gap . But we will do more for sure.

Looks like I do need to buy Gaslands: Refuelled. In the book I have, Rutherford is allowed to use Buggies, it is even defined as such in the "Example Teams" section

I prefer the BelAZ that follows right after, that's a classic Soviet Dump Truck the size of a house, you could build an entire base in that thing.

Great info and overview. What did you use for the lettering on the warden cars around 24:00 ?

Looks like Rub-On lettering. Something I need to buy, I want to put the words "MORITURI TE SALUTANT" on the side of my Warden car.

Tesla himself was a Serb but the Russians did experiment with one of his weapons once IRL. During the Cold War the Russians did make an anti air laser tank with lasers that had colossal rubies in them. So that’s cool. My favorite thing about Mishkin is nuclear power that you can deliberately blow up. Just the idea of that as an art prompt. Like what would nuclear power look like?

It might sound better on headphones , we where both pretty new to trying this out my ventrillo was down and I was new to OBS it sounded fine while recording but it seems the mixer on OBS was off . Posted it cause there was alot of good content I didnt want to scrap .

Buying back ruined vehicles as a penalty for losing them is not a great idea. It sets up a feedback loop where once you start losing, it's harder to stop losing

"Not as bad because they're criminals" Yeaah.. um... except we don't know what kind of laws there are in this world. You might go to prison for criticizing the Network.
