That cropped eye + eyebrow is an enhanced image from a picture of her where she has a REALLY dramatic eyebrow and is put over other faces as a meme and tends to signify either “slay” or “that’s suspicious”. She’s overall very iconic and girlboss slay with a hint of menace.
