Excellent Video Gaurav. Very well explained. You have explained pro and cons in a very balanced way. Most students are just looking at the perks of civil services job. Such video are must for each student who are preparing for such exams. Otherwise, later on they find themselves in trouble and dissatisfied and also trouble other people around them.

Today number of IAS, IPS officers running their personal KZfaq channels and most of them are for awareness. But a Government employee is not allowed to run his any business till he is in service. So is running Such channels is not considered a business as they also generate revenue from this and the time devoted by them to prepare such content hampering their daily duties. What are the rules under which they are allowed to do so. (1) To run a KZfaq channel ? (2) The revenue generated by them from KZfaq is not their extra income ? (3) What action can be taken on them on by Department if it is a business activity ?
