Hi Gormo, you never cease to amaze me with your ideas and your accurate application. That lift out garage area was a delight. As for the industrial units, 2 car spaces each or a bike rack. Having lived near a repair garage, they need room for cars waiting for attention or waiting to be picked up. Brilliant layout. Barry.Devon

Lovely work as always Gormo. I use watercolour pencils and colouring pencils a lot, along with artists chalks. BTW that cobbled pavement between the houses and walls is crying out for some weathering, everything else is perfect though, always a pleasure to watch👍✌️😊💜

Looking good. 👍 with the bus stop it could work if u curve the road to go off the board to the left of the hill as if its going somewhere else then the bus stop would be ok plus u would gain a tiny bit more space for around the industrial bit
