For CPF, they are last line of defence actually, you can have it back, but if you squander it you have nothing. You won't even have enough land to farm, there won't be even enough fish in the dirty canal to fish. If you squander your CPF, you have nothing at most you can vote for the opposition government who can throw money to you. But are these your own hard earn money? No. You are a borrower of other people hard earn money. Sometimes I just think that people got carried away by Singapore success that they have forgotten how small this country is. We think that it is big and strong. But no actually we are just a small red dot. We can still make it because we place capable people on top. If we lost it, we are really really going into a tough patch. Bye bye.

I think people has lost it. Actually the underlying problem is Singapore is still at the end of the day a small country, with no land and natural resources but with a lot of people. So no matter how you juggle it, a certain group of people will lose out and it became obvious because we are a close knitted society. For prices, as long as there is a slight increase in demand the price will spike up. The present government has already done a good job. Psp though has nice sounding ideas is unlikely to make much difference because effectively it is just juggling with resources within Singapore. What makes a difference is when there are capable people to go overseas win deals and bring it back to this small land and divide it out to the commoner. This will be the weakness of a psp government if there is a freak result. A team of all domestically inward looking people and same elite class. Not much of a difference. Talking about compassionate people, pap has it too and many many of them.

Please dont be naive for those negative persons . Do you know who created the new water technology to solve our water issue ? who value more on racial harmony in Singapore ? who bring Singapore went into the world class level? All are done by PAP government. Do u think WP & SDP can do it? WP apologised for the racist remarks earlier on it .Even the highest level of the Professors said in the interview that PAP had done almost perfect of a Good government in the past few decades, there is nothing more WP & SDP CAN Debate on it. Go and see around others countries is dealing with the covid19 then you will know that Singapore is the best country who is dealing with COVID19 for Singaporeans . WP & SDP ONLY knows how to complain and talk using mouth. We only can see some negative comments about PAP in the Facebook , KZfaq etc..... it proved that our Singaporeans is really proud of PAP government.
