I am really super Happy for you guys winning Sengkang! Honestly speaking, we need more opposition party to get in. We can't always have a single ruling party for so long, it's not right at all. Hope next election more will get in.

This group of young, diligent and humble WP's candidates is able to stand up against the formidable PAP team whom three of them are current officeholders in the government, and still win the election. It shows that even though they're young, they're on par and as capable as their opponents. I'm confident not only they're able to bring positive growth to Shengkang, but also a more equability, transparency and accountability of our society.

Congratulations to Ms He and team of WP. If possible, please film the process during the handover of the sengkang grc tc to be kept as records. And publish the current financial status and whatever important details from the handover. This is to prevent unnecessary misunderstanding and also unwanted framing accusations.

i mean the reason why opposition parties are getting more and more popular recently is solely based on the fact that they are starting to realise the importance of appealing to younger voters. judging by the fact that the demographic here in sengkang consists of a lot of young families who wish to have their voices heard, i don't think this quantifies as an 'upset' so much so as an expected win for the workers' party. but then again what do i know?
