What about if you don’t have the clicker and just the car home link?

That was obnoxious. It was kind of unclear from the video at least for my pilot 2016. Push the garage button to be programed first then quickly after the remote clicker hold both for minute. The light will do all kinds of weird stuff but wait for the light to turn off or just wait the minute. Then it works.

If a rolling code you first pair a remote with the home link button, then you go on opener in garage & hit ‘learn’, or ‘program’ button firmly, a light will blink for about 30 seconds, during that time you have to go back to your car & hit the home link button you programmed with the remote three times, each time firmly for one or two seconds, he went too fast on explaining the three times when you go back out to car…..hope that helps

Does not work. Please don’t start videos with “all you have to do …”, or “it’s very simple”.

Unhelpful video. Chamberlain opener with rolling codes, this video is not helpful, unfortunately.

So, we had a new garage door installed but they did not give us a clicker to open it. We bought one universal garage door opener, very generic, so how can I pair my car with the garage door without the actual remote? I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee latitude.

I don't have a Honda but both my 2003 Lincoln ls's have the home link and I was able to get one car to work but not the other, this video helped 🤣

Thanks for this video! Just purchased a 2020 Civic Hatchback and was able to program my garage-door-opener in less than 10-seconds with your helpful tutorial.
