I think you missed my type: "Health Calisthenics": Don't care about specific moves, methods, workouts, looks, etc. Always centered in achieving the best possible health. Ocassionally interested in mastering one move, or having fun with freestyle, but always, health takes precedence. Besides the workout, pay attention to nutrition and rest.

This makes sense though. Emphasizing more of your energy on nutrition and rest. A missed workout 3-4 days in a row is ok bc you track your macros enough to maintain the aesthetics. 🫡

Flexible Calisthenics and Aesthetic. I practice capoeira which does stress mobility. Although I don't do weighted Calisthenics, I rely on the pace in which I perform the reps to create that intensity needed to build the strength and hypertrophy. . .

im the seventh type of calisthenic, powerlifter calisthenics: i train full body work outs doing high intensity exercises one for every type of movement in order to increase skill, strenght and explosivenes, the movements are vertical pull, horizontal push, leg push, horizontal pull, vertical push, , leg pull, rotation pull and core. and yes, between exercises i rest like 3-5+ minutes like a powerlifter

I train to remain happy, healthy, and capable for the duration of my life. Basic calisthenics exercises, weighted or not, make the most sense to me since as one ages, maintaining the ability to move your body through the landscape gracefully becomes more and more important. People who fail to maintain a basic level of strength and mobility do not age well.
