Hi All ~ Happy New Year and Happy Saturday ! This year I thought it would be fun to go through 52 weeks of journaling prompts to encourage daily art journaling along with me continuing to share various Gelli printing and collage techniques. Week 1 Journal Prompt is "The Void"

Robyn , this was a great video! I’ve been experimenting a lot with metallic colors since I’ve been taking your classes, and they are really changing how I’ve been thinking about color and my color palettes, just like you said. I’ve glued some of my less successful gelli print pieces into my journal for the seven days you recommended, and it will be interesting to see what I can do with them now. Thanks for everything you share for free as well as all the great information in your paid classes as well. Working with the techniques I’ve learned from you really has my brain going a mile a minute and I love it.

Thank you for the 52 week challenge! I plan on joining in as I enjoy using the gelli plate as I learn so many new and interesting techniques/ideas from your videos. I like how you encourage us to use the supplies we already have, give suggestions, and not have to purchase special supplies for the technique(s) of the week! I am ready to start on week 1 “assignment ” and looking forward to next weeks assignment! !

Awesome Denise, Yes...lol the "technique of the week" can get unnecessarily expensive! I believe in using and repurposing as well as looking for suitable substitutes! We'll do a lot of that this year :)

Thx Karen Yes I live in the Dessert too! It does take get the correct amounts on the plate, that sweet spot not to much or too little. Maybe try to approximate the amounts I've used and see if that helps! :)
