Sandlot is 100/10. One of the best movies from my junior high days. I almost turned this off after the ratings.

You think Sandlot is perfect because it’s nostalgic for you. They think High School Musical is perfect because it’s nostalgic for them. You’re not automatically correct just because you’re older; and by the way, that move the boy pulls is sexual assault.

They are all very young. That movie was the best. Jojo, Emma Roberts, and Sara Paxton were the IT girls of that time.

The best mermaid movie is, "Splash". Starring Tom Hanks and Darrell Hannah. "Dazed And Confused", is a great depiction of school in the 70's. "Real Women Have Curves", has a great message. ✌️

Aquamarine came out when I was 27 and I absolutely love it. It's so cute! And if you haven't seen the tv version of "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and love scary movies, watch it. It's more intense and insane than the movie.

Wet Hot American Summer will always be legendary. And I enjoyed the first Netflix Series WHAS: First Day of camp. Christopher Meloni is incredible in it.

I remember one of the high school musical sequels was filmed in my home town. The golf course next to my high school and I remember my classmates saying they saw the cast at like Frostop.

The phrase "iconic" is SO OVERUSED!!!! It can be really good, great, so great, or awesome, but the way it's used now makes the word less valuable of the stature. Also, "Literally" is barely ever used correctly these days. They should use figuratively most of the times they say literally.

Ok. Now and Then was one of my favorites but I think that movie came out in the 90s but the characters’ flashbacks to their childhood summer was in the 60s.

I noticed the level of surprise when the panel heard the mom call her fat. It wasn't ever a nice thing to say. I was born in 76 & never would call someone that. Although, it really isn't/wasn't out of the norm for people my parents age (born in 1930's) to call it as they saw it. Hurtful or not. Again, I'm not condoning that. Til the last 20-30 yrs, speaking rudely, but bluntly was considered pretty normalized.

If you were gonna do that Camp Rock 2 clip you should have just done Camp Rock 2 instead of the first one??? Also I know what you did last summer the BOOK was a thriller. The movie was unquestionably a slasher, which is why the author of the book hated it

When I saw high school musical 2 I was like I was just in a production of it at a community theater this summer the last two weeks and I played Taylor!! Had so so so much fun doing that!!! Love all the hsm movies! Love camp rock that and all the hsm movies were my comfort movies growing up and still are. Aquamarine is such a good movie too! Loved anything mermaids growing up.

Less fun fact. Dazed & Confused came out in 1993 and takes place in 1976. If you made a similar movie today with the same time gap it would take place in 2007. Congratulations on feeling very old now.

@@Bobby-li9th it was the old Williams School at 507 East University. How long ago did you work there? My parents moved there in the late 70's. My mom was a teacher and my dad was a football and baseball coach. We moved away to Lubbock my sophomore year in 2005.

I enjoy all these movies! So good! I also love Summer School, Little Darlings (1980), Shag (also '80's) and my fave Eurotrip.... Scotty doesn't know that Fiona and me do it in my van every Sunday... Catchy tune lol
