Is anxiety interfering with your daily activities? This anxiety calming meditation will relax your body and mind. And help you notice, accept and release the emotions that you may be avoiding.
You can't be happy and joyful all the time. It's OK to have negative feelings or scary feelings. You can hold them in a space of safety and allow them to pass by. It's safe to do so.
This guided meditation is designed to allow you to find and accept the emotions you have so that they don't become stuck and cause anxiety symptoms, a panic attack or physical pain. Unless you start to work with the emotion, it will show up in your body.
So, allow my soft, gentle voice to mindfully guide you through a body scan to relax the tension in your muscles. You will feel safe and calm while looking for the emotion within your body. Breathing slowly to relieve anxiety.
Emotional regulation skills help you manage anxiety before they get out of control. So being able to locate and face your emotions is a simple habit but an important part of this work. You want to work with that emotion before it starts causing you pain within your body. Use this meditation as a time to step back and reflect.
This anxiety calming meditation practice will help you with emotion regulation and self-awareness of your body and mind. Using acceptance to encourage self-compassion and a nonjudgmental stance toward your emotion and worries.

This helps so much . I have so many stuck emotions . It literally ended up putting me in ER and a couple of medical procedures . Panic attacks/ General anxiety and OCD with a side of adhd. No fun :( . You have helped me so much. Especially this year. Thank you again.

Enjoying these meditations. Thank you for sharing. I like the long voice pauses to allow me to reflect. I like that space for meditators to be able to retreat deeper.

The owl hooting sounds on this are very calming, however, to me, the bird and cricket noise in the background was just too much. It made me more anxious.

Hello..I want to ask ur suggestion..can I start with 3 different meditation on different subject at once.. For example: 1.releasing the emotions 2.for overthinking and self discipline 3.letting go
