I have trouble trusting other people driving the car. I feel like I have to be in control. It makes things more difficult. It seems to take me too long to understand changes in the road with construction and traffic. I get really stressed. I hate driving through big cities and lots of traffic although I have never had an accident. I don’t understand the fear. Driving familiar places are no problem. I think I feel like I will do something wrong and what if I get my family hurt in an accident? Vacation road trips are unpleasant for me and my passengers at times. I don’t want to stay like this. I don’t want my kids only vacation memories are their dad losing it over traffic.

This appears to work. I feel I can get up and shower now to go to a clinic for help. Have no clue what is causing the pain but it's been a month and getting worse. Waiting on Obamacare but can wait no more. Thank you. I subscribed and saved this.

I let go of so much in the first 25 minutes. I even feel the couch im laying on! I will try to practice as often as i could with this meditation. Im still scared to let go all the way but i did let go of a lot. With your reassurance! I have so much old tension in my body that needs clearing

I’ve been listening to this talk down for so long it definitely makes me fall asleep quicker I use to take about 40 minutes to get to sleep now I take about 10 minutes I fall asleep way quicker I’m so happy 😀:)

I suppose there's a certain percentage of people that like that breathy Whispering vocal quality. But I would rather hear someone speaking just in a normal calm tone of voice. It gets kind of creepy when it sounds like this woman's talking right into my ear from close range.

I suffered the same. You need to acknowledge the loud inner voice that's cautioning you. Tell it that there is no danger and that the loud voice itself will cause the danger. Make a deal with the voice. Tell it you will demonstrate and prove there is no danger and ask it to stay quiet for that particular drive. Once you reach your destination, acknowledge the win. Allow yourself to enjoy the win. Be proud and happy. Have a followup chat with that inner voice afterwards.
