This is probably my favorite. I don't like seeing the kitchen as soon as you enter. The laundry room has space for a freezer. The layout is perfect. I would probably change the kitchen cabinet color and continue the vinyl flooring throughout. Otherwise perfect.

I like the outside and entrance, the living room is beautiful, and if that was my home I would be gushing over the kitchen, but I would add a second outlet on the island and the color of the cabinets and definitely keep the glass tile backsplash. I love that the kitchen is separate but not isolated. I can't find anything that I don't like with this one. Thank you for finding it. I'm definitely going to save the info on it.

I like how the utility room is open and how the cabinets dont go all the way around the walls in there. Make for a good spot to put the cats litter box. All too often these new homes have no good place for a litter box.

I like the layout. I agree with some of the other comments that the kitchen needs a walk in pantry, or step in. The bedrooms are a good size. Would be nice to have a price. Not that I'm planning on buying it but inquiring minds want to know. lol 😊

This floorplan and layout is absolutely beautiful...Love the spacious living room and the kitchen is bright and the window above the kitchen sink is a major plus..This house is going to do extremely well.. Number 1seller...😀🌞🌻☀️🌼😄

Tim you did good with this one although all carpet has to go in the bedrooms: I need vents in the ceiling instead of the floor, relocate microwave, add gas stove in kitchen and living room… the floor coloring is on point and I need the all the closet redone and the shower head in guest bathroom. Miss Teena 💎

I like that the master bedroom isn't directly off the main living space. The only thing I'd change would be the colour of the kitchen cupboards and worktops and I'd add a removable shower head in the master bathroom. Really lovely home.

Wish I could buy a nice piece of property and have this put on it. Maybe add one other room as a den so can have My Piano in there with the main TV watching space so can be the main room me and My animals can hang out in and keep the front space nice a clean

I liked the layout. The kitchen is not visible - this is very good. The laundry room is simply luxurious. I would change the cabinets in the kitchen and remove the stupid wall with a window near the kitchen.

Idk..i thought the outside was grayish siding as well as grayish kitchen cabinets, but you said green and brown?? Those bedroom also looked bigger than 11x12

Love the living room ceiling but would like a more traditional shaped fireplace and the cabinets would be white. I don't like dark cabinets.

I would give up half the shower space to have a water closet in that main bathroom. If one has to cut through the bathroom to access the closet, having an enclosed and private toilet area is a must.

I'd be very happy with this home with one modification To the kitchen and the laundry room. I would remove/delete the eat at counter portion in the kitchen and just leave the island. The now open space I would put the small breakfast table I got from one of My grandmothers and the coat closet I would close that to the entry and make that a step in Pantry for the kitchen obviously with door on the kitchen side. I would then take some of that space in the laundry room and make a larger coat closet back there, still keeping some of the cabinets and countertops. I would want cabinets above the washer and dryer and shelves over the sink in the laundry room. I too really liked that apron sink in the kitchen, had a more elegant look than most apron sinks so goes with the ceiling in the living room.

great ideas. Maybe the posts are needed for load bearing at the end of the island, but I'd sure lower the cut-out space to be level with the Island and get more useable surface from it.

@@thekirksiffs5285 no, the cabinet of the Island is all that Is needed for the countertop on the island, the rest of the counter that is there as eat at space I wouldn't have so you would have open floor space in the kitchen and in that space I would place the breakfast table under the other hanging pendant light. The decorative cutout I would leave that in place, great display space.

What is “style now” might not in 20 years from now by then some kind of elevated modules or tents in the woods might be the in thing it’s a crazy world out there who knows in the future you may not need a house your boss may own you & you go home with him at the end of the day to serve his needs over there you just don’t know what human nature can come up with
