Hi Rashy yes another problem that I found that Sainsmart should have foreseen but they haven't the quick fix is to file a flat on the back side like I did in the video it now works great. Hope this helps Tony

Hi thanks for your comment, like a lot of these small desktop machines it is not without some flex I have found with the upgraded z axis gantry it is more stable. If you use it in the right manner it is a great machine and at the right price

Hi thanks for your question I hope it isnt but it is looking that way. I have been left with solving problems that should never have let out of their factory. I will be talking to sainsmart on the newest fault

Hi thanks for the info didn't know it was made for that. I purchased mine from Sainsmart and it was advertised for the 4040 pro and it did not fit correctly. Thanks
