Only recently I discovered Gennaro, and I've been binge watching his recipes ever since. You gotta love his passion for the ingredients and food itself. It's very touching to see him cooking and talking about memories. What a guy!

Those tomatoes were beautiful, they caught my eye right at the start of the video! Ugh, brothy, spicy, tomato based seafood soup is just one of those foods that once you eat, you never forget.

When I hear the Italian accent of Genarro I remember living in Santa Monica California, in the apartment building of our good friends and landlords John , and his wonderful wife Theresa Bondesani.They often had Sunday dinner ready for us,... the best ever Pizza and Spaghetti conne meatbollah.

Between the lines it's really all about sequencing, put in those things that need a lot of time at the beginning, and the fish components at the end with the tiniest bit of fish at the very end., A beautiful engaging video. Thanks for posting.
