I wish I could shake Gennaro's hand and thank him for his lovely recipes and gentle, laid back, no panic teaching. Best of all, the recipes are simple, delicious, comfort food suppers I can make for my family without having to go to kingdom come for exotic ingredients.

Perfect we make the same dish in Romania it is called mushroom stew and “ mamaliga” ( polenta) made with corse corn meal.

Please don't force the German to listen to this absolute unnecessary german voiceover. As far as I can see you can't even turn it off. That makes a huge disadvantage to watch this videos. It's just so annoying. If you watch Jamie and this channel you know that you are watching English speaking content. At least turn off the original voice in the background. Please!
