It's well written story right there. When writer can feed parts of whole story, which do not make much sense until bit by bit audience learn more and start to grasp complexion of whole and how grand it is to understand even short bits in bigger picture. Quite enjoyable indeed.

@@sunsettes we don't really have an exact answer for that yet, I can only guess based on what info we do have so far. but caribert dropping that the loom of fate weaves ley lines and that when the loom is at its full power will be able to supposedly change the world gives us some big hints as to what that line means. there's big implications now that the ley lines, the "threads of fate", will be for the traveller to control, "re-weave", and reshape the world with by the end of the game. at least now we have an answer for what exactly the "threads" are, they're ley lines ^^ and we now have an idea of what kind of impact "re-weaving" the ley lines can have

However, Furina never did any judgements. Nahida was obviously talking about the Oratrice and knew Focalors was operating it. Aloy's collected miscellany isn't narrated by Dainsleif, because she isn't in Irminsul, so this just confirms it.

I was so stunned back during version 1.0 after watching "Travail" for the first time I didn't know what to think out of it. First came curiosity, then sense of an epic adventure... only to get slammed by depression, sorrow and fear of the literal unknown thanks to "Chapter ?". I was crying for no reason but there was reason - LACK OF REASON TO DO SO. Now after four years, especially after Fontaine, when game's lore went into such a deep rabbit hole, I feel fear - fear about final two Teyvat regions, Celestia that's not mentioned as separate chapter at all, finally Khaenri'ah and mysterious Sea of Flowers. What shall I feel? What will happen and what my reactions will be like? Will I still be holding up against fight with Dainsleif? Unlike vocal minority/majority(?), I'll never ever get myself to hate this game. I didn't fell in love into it because of endgame, chasing 5* characters or being a meta slave - I love Genshin Impact due to Teyvat's design as the nations we travel through, their stories, people, characters set in and our hero's journey. Ad Astra Abyssosque, fellow Traveler!

I never really cared about endgame or the controversies regarding rewards because I know that as long as the lore and music keep being amazing, I will always come back to this game. Hyped for the dain quest next patch, capitano in natlan, and everything the game has in store for us. @@irinamc4280 Spoiler for Fontaine Act 5........ So Focalor said she tasked Furina to be the lead actress for 500 years. Furina is really committed to her job that even she herself didn't drop the act in her own inner thought. Traveler tried so hard to convince her to be honest but in the end Traveler gave up since she's already too deep in her own acting. Imagine having to pretend to be someone else for 500 years, Furina already way past her own limit. As for Focalor, she finally freed Furina from her longtime task by facing the death sentence that she subjected upon herself. So basically Focalor is the divine part while Furina is Focalor's human counterpart.

@@sshalohi578 Exactly, some 4-Stars are still some of the best characters in the game. And as a F2P, there is more resource management going on rather than trying to buy progress with money.
