You guys are focusing on the wrong thing, even george, himself said, it's not bobby or shaq that he's upset with, but rather so-called co-hosts and most importantly the ones who he had considered his close friends. As someone who's worked numerous years in Broadcast and produced/directed numerous Talk Shows, I can tell you right now, unless it's done for comedic effect, George would've never been portrayed like this and that segment would've never been published. You first take care of your own, especially if that person is your friend (even if the guest was a much higher celeb/famous person than bobby, my statement will remain the same). You might be thinking broadcast media is much more tame, but not the late night shows (especially in the UK).
