Asia, this is the album I brought up in live R&B. It beat out MJ for record of the year, R&B. Created a huuuuge fuss over a white man winning in R&B. One More Try was the song I requested. It's either that one or Father Figure you're thinking of. Possibly I Want Your Sex but for some reason that one didn't hold in memory as well as the others although it was the first release. Careless Whisper is a solo from him but it was released on a Wham! album, Make It Big. You cannot go wrong with him. His vocals, lyricism are second to none. It was from his “Faith” album which won the Grammy n so many other awards. Kissin a Fool n Hand to Mouth my fav tracks from this album. There are many great artists out there But they always looking for that great song , that great instrumentation, that great writing. Not George. He wrote, sang, produced and did most of the instruments on all his tracks. And did it HIS way. The man was a genius and a good, beautiful man inside n out. Gave so much $$$$ away Gone too soon. His duets are also perfection. Aretha, Whitney, Beyoncé, Smokey, Stevie, Queen, Elton, etc. my fav will always be “As” with Mary J Blige n “Blame it on the Son” with Ray Charles.

(his words) All the songs on this album are great, but wait till you hear the next 30+ years! For many of us, George has held a monumental place in our lives & hearts. Not just for the magnificent music, You absolutely will be blown away by but his heart is priceless! I hope you choose to continue your journey through George's life. The music video for "I Want Your Sex" is actually the opening of the Official Music Video for THIS song "Faith".... "I Want Your Sex" is a great and VERY catchy song, but sadly, most people don't know the inspiration behind it. It was written by George at the height of the AIDS/HIV epidemic in the late 80's (In case u didn't know, George was gay). Even though the lyrics are spicy.... the song is actually about being in monogamous relationships. The end of that video George actually writes the word Monogamy (on a girl's body! lol!!). Anyway, great reaction and check out George's song "I Want Your Sex".... I think that's the song you were thinking of. Peace and light...
