I like her as a character but she's not suited for this at all, she lacks expertise and has foot in her mouth situation that really fucks up everything she tries to do and in the end she never accomplishes anything and everyone around her outsmarts her, even her gold digger husband got back at her. Gerri is definitely the only person that would make a good CEO, she's always a step ahead of Logan which is why he sees her as a threat and wanted a excuse to fire her after dickgate with Roman, he knows she's capable of running the company by herself and she's literally a lawyer and has contacts in the justice system, she's interim CEO for a reason. The problem is they need family and someone younger so they can run the company for a long time like Logan did and most of them would rather a man in charge too because sexism. It'd be better Kendall CEO and Gerri and CO-CEO/general council. Kill Roman and Shiv, they have potential but are not suited. Gerri could mold Kendall to be a competent CEO like she does with Logan and tried with Roman but he blew it. Without her and people like Frank I don't think Waystar Royco. would've lasted that long, Logan would likely be in prison as well for the huh cruises situation that she helped cover up and all the illegal activities. If she can do that she could definitely crush the competition.

If the company is not absolutely destroyed by the end of the show I hope she ends CO-CEO or COO in addition to general counsel to whoever runs it, it won't be her as CEO sadly because she's not family. But she definitely deserves it, she's done a good job as interim CEO, Roman really fucked her over with the dick pics but she really did cope like she told Shiv and came out on top and killed Roman with Logan, I like him but that serves him well, lol, he put her career in the line and Logan is looking for any excuse to get rid of her because she is smarter than him and certainly could take over him as CEO if he doesn't name a successor, that's why he wanted to fire her but she has so much dirt on the Roys that if they try fuck with her she'd kill them all, if she goes down she brings them down with her.

She’s also just plain sexy. Why is it that an older man can be considered hot but not a woman? Everyone’s insinuating it’s Gerri’s personality, her intelligence and wit and biting humor that makes her attractive (which it definitely does), but that’s not the only thing.
