Everyone wants to be more flexible! Why is that? I tell you few fun facts about why being flexible is important, aside for being useful for dancers (this comes with the job description):
-It improves posture and relieve tension, You will smile every day!
-It prevents injuries because of the wider range of motion

I love your video and I have tried some of them. I am 46 years old and have no training in any kind of dancing. Sometimes, I cannot complete your workout. I feel I am not strong enough. But, I will keep trying as I still want to keep my body shape. Many thanks for your advice while doing the workout. It is important for me to know the correct posture in order to avoid getting hurt.

i am a fitness trainer with chronic pain- Please modify as needed.(bent knees for example- The power house is in your abdominals- Keep them in & zipped up- always breathing :)- Be sure you are challenging yourself without injury. Perfect form is everything- Kudos for trying. I love these workouts-

Chen what you are doing is absolutely beautiful. It doesn't matter if we don't complete the routine on the first or second time, remember this is a journey and it takes time to achieve the goal. Thank you so much! Your energy is always so encouraging & motivating. I’ve mentioned before I my connective tissue disease has resulted in my body feeling like the tin man in some spots & Gumby or a slinky in others. I’m also not a professional dancer, but it (dancing) makes every cell in my body vibrate pure joy; even on my most painful days. Your videos are such a great balance of stretching, working on static & dynamic balance, & energy really makes an impact. I have so much gratitude to you and the community of dancers, trainers, fitness instructors etc that provide their skills & resources to us 💜🌻🙏🏼.

hi Alessia! I love your videos, they keep me motivated to stretch and strengthen and keep going! one thing I'm not very good at is my turn-out, which is required in a lot of exercises. I would love if you could do another video on improving your turnout, it would help a lot! love you 💟

Feeling more elongated and less sore now, this was relaxing too. Margot is so cute and she is like "why are you bothering with all that, look at me, i'm all stretched out without doing anything at all!" Hope Watson is getting better 💔

Damn, I've just found out she's from Verona (after questioning about her accent for weeks). Anyway, 4:43 is kind of a mistery to me. I have little or no problems at all when stretching forward my left leg, but it's no possible to straighten my right one completely. I thought because of a known problem in my right knee cartilage but I'm not sure anymore. I don't know why but flexibility is becoming my obsession lately (probably almost-midlife crisis). So among TKD, general stretching, yoga and stretching for ballet I feel I HAVE TO IMPROVE. Any tricks and tips are welcome :-)

The quality of this video is destroyed. The autofocus setting isn't designed to be backlit this hard. No idea why she doesn't rotate her set 180 degrees and use all that natural light properly.
