You can perform each of these movements for a few sets of 10 reps. Try it out and let me know how it goes.

That strengthening exercise is vital! I’ve never progressed on mobility without strengthening the muscles in the area. Too many fitness channels leave that part out

How many sets and reps did u do, and how long did it take u to see results?

@@jaymott611I think you should do 10 rep per leg, and then a little hold ~5-10sec. Then repeat for other leg. Do that 1-3 times per day/workout

Oh my god I was so stuck trying to figure out why I couldnt pull myself forward, and it was because I was not doing the strengthening exercise. Thank you soo so much sir ❤❤

Oh ya. It makes a huge difference. Most of us are pretty weak in the hip flexors.

Thank you so much! 😅 I’ve been working out for a year but I decided that I want to be more flexible. Started stretching classes but when we do something about moving forward I’m the worst. This helps a lot!🎉
