I love how Amy said; "Nothing crazy", meanwhile this is by far the craziest workout I've done by Amy, haha! Might also have something to do with the fact that I did this with my new heavier weights but oh my that was tough, what a burn.

Whew. I felt it. Ran 4 miles today and ended the day with this workout. I enjoyed this way instead of the intervals, it kinda helped me focus more on the moves. I’ve been doing something similar with my runs instead of looking at the time I’m running faster than I was when I was doing more intervals. But I like either method of your workout videos.

This was a tough workout, I pushed through it and feel accomplished! I really liked this format where I wasn't watching the clock but it flew by. I appreciate the no repeat - but those pulses! A great way to feel the burn without increasing weights (since I don't have many options)
