@@e.monroy7070 for women it’s very very difficult to gain muscle (compared to men) so lift weights and train your back freely with no wariness of growing your back cuz it won’t happen unless you intend to grow it.

Cool Breeze why are you calling someone a dumbass for saying she’s been working out? She’s saying what happened to her own body from following the workouts. Never did she say girls should all aim for weight loss. And if she’s following Whitney’s workouts she is probably getting stronger from lifting. You sound like the “dumbass” from your comment. I personally also took Whitney’s workout suggestions and lost weight as well because I was overweight. Stop trying to take away people’s happiness and stop making assumptions about people.

I go through your videos everyday to come up with my workout plan for the day. I have never been so motivated ever. I took some of your leg and butt workouts and used them at the gym last night. I can barely use the bathroom , walk down stairs. Where have you been all my life Whitney! Thank you so much for this motivation you've given me.

You taught me leg day everyday is bad(which I needed )😂 and you taught me it takes time. I find myself pinching my fat and jiggling my problem areas a lot and getting upset but then I realized, IM NOT WORKING OUT CORRECTLY . THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL. You're not cocky like a lot of the other youtubers , you're fun and real with me and has helped me find motivation on my 'I hate the world days' haha I also love that you don't compete. You do it as a lifestyle , I'm leaving to boot camp in three months so I'm trying to work really hard !

Ok I’m new to the work out weight lifting world. But, I’m hard at it and committed!! Im watching my macros. I don’t have a lot of weight on me. Just 5’2 and OUT OF SHAPE!
