Thanks man it helped. For those whose haven't got out yet do it 7-8 times...with a gap of 2 mins each...then wait for 10-20 mins and cry hard ! Keep rubbing your eye. Finally it will get out! Don't rub harshly! And make sure to use clear water!

Story time, I was fixing my cracked iPad screen and got some glass in my eye during clean up. Not knowing I went to sleep with it in my eye and woke up the next day in so much pain.
