@@TagBackTv nor i (though im bit too pre agupied with that AHOLE NERGEGANTE!!!!!) need help or some guide for it witth recomendations or somthing considering im round lvl 30 with my team and he still deep 6's me quite easily especaly with that divebomb move and rathi's rider (yes im blanking on him name cause im no fan of nerg) dont go healing much if at all

I think you can get it at HR5. I only had the high rank one because IM HR. I think. I have no way to confirm :(

IIRC, the high rank Palamute Dens simply allow you to obtain elemental versions of the Palamute, while at the lower rank, they only allow you to obtain the non-elemental version.

Messed up my first trip through and got greedy looking for a rainbow egg. Ended up not getting a Palamute egg at all. Reloaded my save and went through again and ended up with 3 Palamute eggs from one ticket. About to try my rare ticket now.

Wow, I am nowhere near that level of subquests. I only just recently made it to Rutoh Village. Ranmar is still my main monstie and in this new area, he is getting his butt kicked big time. He is still doing really good damage though.

The water palamute will be important actually. There is no water elder dragon and Mizu is the best outside of them.

If you have bottle caps you get the tickets from the cat. I already got a couple Palamutes and didn’t even know about this quests til this video. Lol

Either you were very lucky or they always come with the Atk Boost (L) of the corresponding type since you had Thunderboost L on electric doggo, non-elemental boost L on non element doggo and so on. If this is true, it's a nice way to farm that very specific gene :D

They all come with their respective boost genes. There's even a chance to get XL versions of those genes after completing the story.

How far do I have to be in the game to get this? My strongest top out around lv18-21, and my most recent quest.... spoilers so I'll make space Rescued lost kids, did a boss fight, now I'm about to head out to a new location or something

You can get them from one of the random 3 nests also! Only done rare so far and got 2 out of the expedition! They are so awesome!

I hope they fixed the Alwin bug. Some of his attacks animation would start when we fight then right befor he shoots his bow, it would cut to my character attacking...no damage done with Alwin. It would happen at the beginning with his first attack then maybe 2 or 3 times more if it was a long fight. The attack would cancel even in a weaker monster, if he was the first to attack.

That's not a bug. That's the bow skill called "Charge". Does nothing for the current turn but you shoot an arrow at the very end of the next turn. Alwin spams it.

I bought the game yesterday (had played the demo). Wanted to wait for the DLC because I wanted to play through with a doggo. Now finding out I need high rank 😭 I wanna play with a friend when I get multiplayer, he has some tickets. Hopefully I can get my doggo with his help.

So the quest isn't available for me since I'm rank 5. But I was able to buy rare tickets from the bottle cap vendor. Seems only non elemental Palamutes come from these dens though :/ Got 4 or 5 eggs and none have an element

No. You can buy palamute tickets at LR. But at HR you get a subquest that will give you a bunch.

@@Pollyhorselief its in the loloska Rocky canyon take a right out of the catavan there's one that spawns there you can make one retreat to a den to get the egg or go into rare dens to retrieve one use fire attacks on its spikes to have a high retreat chance

yeah local works, you can even do them alone by just starting a co-op quest without anyone and you get a com follower

well im late to the party....so the only way to get palamutes is in Co-op...well sucks to be me....feel like i may have wasted 40bucks...ill still play but damn im pretty sure i have to pay for Co-op on Steam....and if thats the case i aint buying the palamutes....

You dont have to do them online though? Click the smiley icon instead of the globe and when you make a room you can start instantly without another player. It gives an AI companion instead

Hate how low the odds are of getting one! I had no caps left to buy a ticket and only had one chance. Not a single palamute!😡🤬 those rare tickets are WAY too expensive! Like 50 caps? WTF Capcom?!😡 arent caps finite? Wish caps were able to be farmed infinitely..

you know this game is out since last friday and not everyone hit endgame. tried so hard not to get spoiled, didn't even watched a single trailer except that first one and immediately shut it down when I realized what they were showing and here we are, riding a nergigante. time for me to block/avoid all mhst2 content on youtube. see ya in 2 to 4 weeks.
